Pianify is run by a private individual, free of charge. There is no advertising, no subscription, no donations and no revenue of any kind, so it is not a commercial activity.
Email reaches a monitored mailbox and is the fastest way to get an answer about anything on this site — a fault, a complaint, a copyright notice, or a question about your data.
Where the name and postal address above say they are given on request, that is an undertaking and not a way of avoiding one. Anyone with a legitimate reason to know — a user asking about their own data, a rights holder sending a notice, a court, or the supervisory authority — is told who is behind the site, at the email address above. What is avoided is publishing one person's home identity to the open internet for a site that earns nothing.

If you have a complaint
Write to us first: info@pianify.net. If that does not settle it, a consumer in Hungary may go to:
- the county conciliation board (békéltető testület) for the county of their residence — a free procedure; a list is at bekeltetes.hu;
- the consumer protection authority, through the government office (kormányhivatal) for their district; or
- the courts.
